Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and deliver credit reconciliation reporting;

  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information while recommending changes that support critical business decisions and initiatives;

  • Support the development, documentation, and implementation of new policies and procedures;

  • Gathers business requirements and provides UAT as necessary.

Job requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration and/or 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial and/or Business Analysis;

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including knowledge in the use of lookups and pivot tables;

  • Familiarity with technology and a quick learner when it comes to adapting to new platforms and tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge in the utility or solar industry

  • Experience in Salesforce and/or Tableau/Hex

  • Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia and Kosovo

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina local time)

  • Indefinite contract
