    Responsibilities:

    • Filing and Organizing:

    - Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for legal and corporate documents

    - Manage document repositories in systems like GDrive and CLM tools like Ironclad.

    • Document Preparation:

    - Support the legal team in preparing and reviewing various legal documents

    • Metadata Management:

    - Skill in applying and managing metadata for documents to improve searchability.

    • Administrative Support:

    - Support the legal team with compliance, regulatory, corporate governance and other legal matters.

    - Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.

    - Supporting implementation of solutions for efficient document management.

    Job requirements

    • Document Management Systems:

    - Proficiency in using GDrive for document organization and management.

    • Data Organization:

    - Ability to categorize, maintain and tag documents for easy retrieval.

    • Legal and Compliance Skills:

    - Familiarity with various legal and corporate documents

    - Ability to understand and differentiate between document types and their importance.

    - Understanding of data retention and ensuring compliance

    • Organizational Skills:

    - Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

    • Effective Communication:

    - Clear and concise communication skills for coordinating and collaborating with legal and other departments.

    • Software Skills:

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    - Proficiency with GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc)

    - Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices to ensure the security of documents.

    • Familiarity with Ironclad or similar CLM systems.

    • Hybrid position working with US teams based in Kosova, Albania and N.Macedonia

    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)

    • Indefinite contract
