Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire software product lifecycle, from initial planning and development through deployment and post-launch support. Ensure that all processes and plans are executed efficiently to deliver products on time, within budget, and at a high-quality standard.
  • Product Launch Program Management: Coordinate and manage product launches by synchronizing commercial timelines with product roadmaps. Ensure that all necessary enablement materials and documentation are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and maintain best practices to optimize software product operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between product managers, engineers, product marketing, and key stakeholders to align timelines and execution strategies. Drive team communication and coordination to resolve issues and ensure successful product releases.
  • Reporting & Operational Metrics: Oversee comprehensive reporting on product roadmap progress, including feature statuses, dependencies, risks, and overall timelines. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement, track, and report on quality assurance (QA) processes for individual product features. Ensure rigorous testing and QA measures are in place to maintain high standards throughout the release process.

Job requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 3+ years in project/program management or product operations, managing complex software products.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong familiarity with SDLC Agile methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity for critical and strategic thinking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Hybrid position working with US teams based in Kosova, Albania, and Macedonia

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)

  • Indefinite contract
