Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media strategy, develop engaging content, and drive audience growth across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.

  • Content Creation:
    Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms.

  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements.

  • Community Engagement:
    Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating engagement and community participation.

  • Analytics:
    Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Generate monthly reports on social media performance and ROI.

  • Collaboration:
    Work with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.


Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Hubspot etc).

  • Experience in content creation, including writing and editing.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills (a plus).

Further details:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Location: Prishtina / Onsite position.
